A new restaurant in town. Service was very attentive but the food didn't meet expectation. The starter of porri was ok as the porri were not cooked through although the onion relish at the bottom was outstanding. The tajarin of beets should have some kind of a creamy cheese sauce to accompany the heathy taste of the beets. The beef was ok ( they shod have not placed on the menu after running out of the black Angus) but the maialino was very good.

Alkìmia, one of my favorite restaurants in the Saluzzo area. A location with attention to the smallest details as well as the dishes, the impeccable service with young and smiling guys. All the dishes have a refinement and are made with care and love, even the choice of wines is impeccable, with excellent cellars. Well done guys, keep it up.

The place is very characteristic, romantic atmosphere, soft lights and exposed bricks.
The young staff is really very kind and thoughtful, we felt pampered the whole time.
But the real icing on the cake is the food, delicious!!! Excellent quality, very special dishes cooked divinely. Seeing is believing.
Price in line with what is proposed, CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
